The booking fee for SoWa apartment incalls is $120
The booking fee will be required with the deposit to insure that you are serious in keeping your appointment and covers the rental fee I have to pay regardless.

These booking fees cover the costs associated with securing the apartment (SoWa Arts District) or booking a hotel room, my transportation costs, and the my time spent on booking the logistics of our date. By collecting this fee in advance it primarily allows me to know you are serious about keeping your appointment. Please do not send the deposit until after we have discussed a meeting day and time and I have given you my cashapp/venmo info.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY
Cancelation fee is 25 % of total cost of session if you cancel up to 48 hours in advance.
Any cancelations made 47 hours or less to the appointment start time will be 50% of the appointment.
Any cancelations made 24 hours or less to the appointment start time will be 100% of the appointment.
Incall fees go directly to cover the cost of the apartment rental cost/hotel rental cost, which is non-refundable on my end.
If you cancel an incall appointment after the hotel / apartment has already been booked, an additional 20% will be required as a cancellation fee.
